Reunited Chap.1

“SEMPAI!” The masked ninja called out to the long haired blonde that was far ahead.”WAIT UP! TOBI CANT RUN THAT FAST!”He wailed again and plopped down on the ground. Deidara stopped running and turned around, glaring at the orange masked ninja.”FINE!” Deidara hissed through gritted teeth. He went back to Tobi and sat next to him.”Damn it Tobi!” Deidara started and sighed.”We will never reach Konaha if we have to keep stopping!” Deidara continued. “’I’m sorry, Deidara-Sempai……it’s just that Tobi cant keep up when you are running so fast!” He panted. After a few minuets Deidara stood up and started to walk again.”Don’t worry moron, we are close to the leaf village now, so we don’t have to go so fast.” Deidara said with a smirk. Tobi frowned under his mask. He didn’t like going out to capture the bijou because every time he screwed up with it, Deidara would punch him and call him names.

As the two Akatsuki members reached the village hidden in the leaves, Tobi looked around and felt some strong instinct pull him toward the village, but before he could go running into the village Deidara caught the back of his cloak and pulled him back.”Awww….Sempai…I wanna go see that village!”Tobi wailed.”You idiot! If we are caught we will be thrown in jail! We are S-ranked criminals!....Well I am…you…not so much.” Deidara sighed. Suddenly Tobi broke free and ran forward at full speed into the village.

Tobi slowed to a halt and looked around the busy street in Konaha.”Deidara?”He called out in a wary voice, searching. He started to run around calling for his sempai.”You guys are young and foolish…too young to realize how good this book is!”A voice said a distance behind him. He quickly turned his head to see. ’Sempai?’He wondered, running back the way he came, only to crash into a silver haired Jonin, who had a small orange book in hand and was lecturing his students about how good it was. The young blonde ninja was about to send a fiery retort back at his sensei, when both Kakashi and Tobi crashed to the ground and the little orange book was sent flying. Naruto immediately saw the red cloud pattern on Tobi’s cloak and gasped.”It’s the Akastsuki!”Tobi looked around.”WHO?!WHERE! SEMPAI!”He wailed. Kakashi sighed and shoved the masked ninja off.”He may be part of the Akatsuki…but he seems harmless enough.”Kakashi said, picking up his book and standing. Tobi stood up and sniffled.”I can’t find my sempai-“He stopped talking and stared at Kakashi for a long moment and Kakashi stared back.”Do I know you?” Tobi asked but before Kakashi could answer Deidara came, and grabbed Tobi by the scruff of his cloak. “Tobi, you fool! That is the Kyuubi! That is what we are here for!”Deidara snarled, but when he looked back up, Naruto, Sasuke, Sakura, and Kakashi had disappeared. He swiftly hit Tobi on the head hard. “Damn you, you moron!”Deidara hissed and stormed off. “But…but Tobis’ a good boy!”Tobi said and ran after Deidara into the forest.

The next morning Tobi woke up early and slipped away from the camp, heading back into the village. Tobi walked around for awhile before jumping up onto a building. He sat there for awhile, watching the sun rise. He removed his mask and held it in his hand, gazing at it for awhile trough his one dark brown eye. His other eye was covered by the eye pact. He couldn’t remember how he had lost his eye, but it was gone and there was no way to get it back. He sighed heavily and closed his eye, laying back on the roof he slowly started to drift back into sleep.
